We had a great stay at a lovely hotel with friendly staff. Our room was clean and well heated, and we especially enjoyed the bubble bath in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was also good. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony and easy access to the center of town. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the location was perfect for us teenagers. We had so much fun sailing and taking boat tours nearby. The water activities were endless, from jet skiing to paddleboarding. Secondly, the hotel had free WiFi in the rooms, which was great for staying connected with our friends and sharing our epic adventures on social media. Plus, there was a cool garden and playground for us to chill and have fun together.

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers. While the hotel was amazing, we had to venture out to find the best clubs and bars in the area.

This room at Prémium Hotel Panoráma was a dream! The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. I loved cozying up in bed and watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The private bathroom with a bathtub was a luxurious touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Plus, the free WiFi was a nice bonus for staying connected.

Personally, I wasn't too fond of having an additional toilet in the room. It felt a little odd to have a second one when I didn't really need it.

Celebrated New Year at this hotel and had a great experience. the indoor pool was definitely a highlight, especially when it was snowing outside. the breakfast spread was also fantastic, with a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel is located very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the local festivities. Bonus points for the direct access to the beach.

The rooms were a bit smaller than expected and the heating system wasn't very efficient, which made it a bit chilly at times. the AC wasn't very strong, so it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

Wonderful location, amazing view, great food choices for breakfast and dinner, diverse and relaxing wellness center, well-done foot massages.

This hotel was not exactly what we were expecting. The staff was often unhelpful and did not seem interested in providing assistance or answering questions.

The room was amazing! It had a flat-screen TV with lots of channels, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and even an extra toilet. I felt so comfortable and pampered during my stay.

Personally, I didn't really use the telephone in the room. But hey, that's just my preference.
